Dance/Movement Therapy is the psychotherapeutic use of movement and dance to integrate the different parts of yourself–physical, emotional, social, and cognitive. Where many traditional psychotherapeutic approaches pay little attention to the body, this approach focuses on the body as our most vital resource for information and wellbeing. My aim is to help you re-member your bodyful self, re-wild your movement habits and re-connect to your inherent magnificence. I am currently a Qualifying R-DMT with the American Dance Therapy Association.
